Smoking is prohibited within the building, including private units and the residential property. Guests acknowledge and agree that our premises are designated as non-smoking areas. Violators will be subject to a fine, immediate expulsion, and the forfeiture of any unused portion of the lodging fee.

We value the tranquility of our premises and the comfort of our guests. Apartment parties are strictly prohibited in all forms.
Rental guests understand that we only accommodate adults aged 18 and above, couples and families. The number of occupants should not exceed the booking details.
The use of the premises should not disturb or offend fellow guests. Displays or signs from the building’s exterior are prohibited. Firearms, fireworks, and similar items are strictly prohibited. Guests who violate these terms will lose their rental deposit and will be removed from the premises.
Guests are responsible for any property damages identified during check-out – which were not pesent on check-in. Immediate full payment for damages is required. If immediate payment is not feasible, we will avail ourselves of other legal means for loss recovery.
Check-in Requirements: Present government issued ID /passport / and National Identification Number during check-in. Personal documents are mandatory for service apartment records and will be returned upon departure.
Departure: Check-out time is 12 noon. Please inform reception if you require a room extension, availability will determine charges.
Not vacating an apartment after rental expiry results in removal of guests and their belongings, with charges for extra time.

All bills must be settled before lodging, as our services are fully prepaid. Several payment options are available to pick from, excluding cash.
Default in payment may lead to a lien on guest belongings. We reserve the right to cover due fees only by applying a lien on guest’s belongings.
