Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

1. Identify and pursue lucrative business leads to optimize occupancy rates, including skillfully negotiating contracts with corporate clients and relevant agencies.
2. Develop and execute dynamic sales and marketing strategies to attract a diverse range of guests.
3. Conduct regular market analyses to stay attuned to trends and identify growth opportunities.

Guest Services:

1. Uphold the highest standards of guest satisfaction by directly overseeing front desk operations, reservations, and concierge services.
2. Promptly and professionally address and resolve guest concerns.
3. Implement effective guest feedback mechanisms to continuously enhance service quality.

Facility Operations:

1. Provide hands-on oversight of all facility operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and security.
2. Develop and maintain robust standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and consistent operations.

Financial Management:

1. Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
2. Monitor financial performance against budget, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
3. Conduct regular audits to ensure strict adherence to financial policies and procedures.

Human Resources:

1. Recruit, train, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service.
2. Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and professional development.
3. Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

1. Ensure strict compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
2. Implement comprehensive quality assurance measures to maintain and enhance service standards.
3. Conduct regular inspections to promptly address any maintenance or safety issues.

Marketing and Branding:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the service apartment.
2. Maintain a robust online presence across various platforms, including social media and travel platforms.
3. Participate in community events and networking activities to enhance the property’s visibility.
4. Demonstrate proficiency in managing all apartment online platforms.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in hotel and service apartment management, with a strong emphasis on sales and operations.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. Proven expertise in managing both offline and online marketing activities.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. In-depth knowledge of the local operating environment and strong social media savvy.

Remuneration:

Competitive salary ranging from #80,000 to #120,000, commensurate with the length and relevance of experience.
